Wash, Dry, & Fold
$25/hr + the cost of machines usedThe full service option, our Wash, Dry & Fold service fully processes your laundry, leaving you with fresh clothes & linens – and hours of time saved.WDF service includes detergent and laundry rinse. YLP will sort laundry as requested. Once washed, all articles are folded and bagged neatly and conveniently.Wash & Dry
$25/hr + the cost of machines usedIf you don’t need your clothes folded, YLP can quickly run them through the wash and dry process for you.This is a fast turn-around service when you need your clothes back quickly. W&D service includes detergent and laundry rinse, and sorting.Simply Fold
$25/hrSome people just hate folding, but we don’t mind! If you simply need your laundered items folded, Simply Fold is the service for you.YLP will give your laundry a fast and professional fold, and return your items bagged uniformly and neatly.

Your Laundry Pro (YLP) offers Wash, Dry & Fold services to you (the Customer) under the following terms and conditions:1. The Customer will choose the services they need up front, whether it is Wash & Dry, Simply Fold, Wash, Dry & Fold, or Subscription Services.2. The price structure will be determined based on the chosen services:Wash, Dry & Fold: $25/hr plus the cost of the washers and dryers used.Wash & Dry: $25 flat fee plus the cost of the washers and dryers usedSimply Fold: $25/hrSubscription Services: Price to be negotiated based on estimated volume of clothes.3. Detergent: YLP will provide premium detergent and laundry rinse (Tide brand) at no additional charge. If the Customer provides detergent or other secondary products, YLP will use those products instead of, or along with, the products already provided based on the Customer's direction.4. Washing: Clothes will be washed in Warm water on Normal cycles unless otherwise requested. Clothes will be separated between whites, darks, and colors unless otherwise requested.The Customer must remove all foreign objects from the clothing before handing them off to YLP. This includes but is not limited to: markers, pens, chapstick, crayons, money, trash, jewelry, belts, and other accessories. YLP is not liable for damage to clothing caused by foreign objects left in the clothing.The Customer may only include clothing that is safe to machine wash in their order. This means no dry clean only, or hand wash only clothing. YLP is not liable for damage to clothing included in the order that was not safe to machine wash.5. Drying: Clothing will be dried for the minimum amount of time required and on the lowest effective heat to minimize both cost and heat stress to the fabric.The Customer must notify YLP if there are items that must be dried at a particular temperature or can not be dried at all. Such items must be separated by the Customer and clear instructions must be given regarding them. YLP is not liable for damage to clothing as a result of this policy not being followed.6. Drop-off & Pick-up: For the default service, the Customer will bring their clothing to the laundromat location chosen during the placement of their order, and then pick the clothing up when notified that the order is completed.If the Customer requires pick-up or delivery, the price will be modified to include a delivery fee.If the Customer is unable to pick-up their order, unable to recieve it for delivery, and/or unresponsive to attempts at contact, YLP will hold the order for a maximum of 10 days. During said time, YLP will charge a $10 holding fee per day.YLP will make every effort to accommodate the Customer. If after 14 days there has been no agreement reached for extended storage, alternate pick-up or delivery, or no contact from the Customer, the clothing will be donated to a local clothing bank.
